President Trump is pushing Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Republicans to redraw the state's congressional maps in favor of the GOP. Former Rep. Collin Allred (D-TX), who is running for U.S. Senate, joins Katy Tur to share his reaction and to discuss the Texas legislature holding a special session to address the deadly flooding.

The legislature is meeting in special session to draft plans that could give the party five more seats in Congress.
