I have The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on Origin, however when I downloaded the EA App yesterday my game was replaced with The Sims 2 Deluxe and it does not work. When I try to play the game the EA app says there is an issue on EA's end and to try again later.

Jan 14, 2023 · The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection is and will remain on the new EA App and can be installed and played with in the exact same way as Origin. It has not been removed from EA's servers as some people have claimed.

If you did not, the only way to get the game is to buy the game on CD/DVDs, purchase an external disk drive and play the game that way. You can find the disks on Amazon, E-Bay, local game stores that sell use games or thrift stores. @benh3193 It is not possible anymore to add The Sims 2 to your EA account.

I OWN Sims 2 ultimate collection, but cannot access it via EA app because it does not show up in there. I'm super mad about this. It worked fine in Origin, but now I cannot open that anymore because it tells me to switch on EA app.
