However, added to this is that when MS insisted I converted to MS Outlook (new) I have been no longer able to open MS Outlook (classic). Therefore, cannot now access any of my emails on Outlook via my Windows 10 pc. HELP!!

Dec 20, 2024 · Most users have probably moved to the new Outlook Mail app when getting the update. If you have version 24H2 now after the reset and the Mail app is now working then I'm guessing there must have been some corruption during the update.
