Dec 17, 2024 · Capricorn has been notified by Woodside Energy (“Woodside”) that all terms and conditions have been satisfied under the sale and purchase agreement relating to the disposal of its production sharing contract (PSC) interests in Senegal, with Capricorn anticipating the receipt of $50m in January 2025.
Capricorn | UK North Sea contingent payment update
Dec 19, 2023 · In line with the expected 2024 contingent payment, Capricorn will receive a sum of $50m cash through an initial payment of $48m in December 2023, followed by $2m at the end of Q1/24. An additional $22.5m will be due in early January 2025.

May 21, 2024 · The Share Consolidation will reduce the number of Capricorn’s issued ordinary shares by an amount that reflects the value of the 2024 Return of Cash to shareholders relative to the market capitalisation of Capricorn prior to the 2024 Return of Cash.

On 1 February 2023, the Company announced the appointment of six new members of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the intention of the Board to conduct a comprehensive strategic review of Capricorn’s business and potential directions for the future of the Company (the “Strategic Review”).

Sep 19, 2024 · Maximising the value of the Company was the driving force behind the wholesale restructure of the business early last year, and this strategy has transformed Capricorn into the cash flow focused energy producer it is today. Following material cash collections in Egypt, we have resumed investing.
