XPS 15 9500 Stuck on Dell Logo Already
Jul 14, 2020 · I have had my Dell XPS 15 9500 for less than 2 months. It is already stuck on the Dell Logo when I power on the device. The loading circle symbol never comes up. I cannot access bios via F2 or ePSA via F12. As instructed by a Dell tech: I removed the battery connector and drained residual power. I tried RTC reset. Neither method worked.

Laptop wont boot and stuck on Dell logo Screen
Jun 13, 2020 · I recently updated my Windows 10. Post update, my laptop is behaving weirdly. When it is started, it stucks on dell logo, just wont Boot up. However after force shut down by power button and restarted, it boots fine and logs me in. However, it is being observed that none of the settings like remembering passwords or any changes are again wiped off.

The problem with any bios recovery with the XPS 8930 is if the secure boot option somehow defaults to enable secure boot AND the monitor connected is to the GPU, you will continue to get the dell logo screen hangup.

Three days ago, a strange thing happened. Dell XPS stopped at the Dell logo on startup and I can’t even open bios or something like that.
