Mar 19, 2021 · I set the 2 front fan for cpu or liquid temperature (usually cpu temp because i run them from the motherboard and set the fan speed from the bios). The rear 120 and 140mm fans are connected to the smart device and they the fan speed is set to gpu temp to exhaust the hot air. As for the kraken i set it to cpu.

May 8, 2020 · I found that the 3 40 mm Fans did a better job cooling down the gpu than the 5 noctuas combined. The 40mm fans were running 5000rpm, and the 140mm were running between 600-850 rpm depending on the cpu temp. Playing Warzone the GPU averaged 82 and thermal throttled with no additional fans and sounded like I had a helicopter on my desk.
