Footage taken after Hurricane Melissa shows the Wakefield neighborhood that residents say was “almost completely annihilated" by the storm. Homes and buildings appear completely destroyed, power lines are downed and a school was also damaged. The storm was being blamed for at least 51 deaths, mostly in Haiti and Jamaica.
