🕊 23 years ago today, Mamie Till Mobley, went on to glory after a 47 year fight for justice for the brutal murder of her only son, Emmett Louis Till. Her resilience, courage, persistence and pain united our nation, inspired the #CivilrightsMovement and division of the DOJ. Standing on her shoulders, as promised, we'll continue to not let Emmett's death nor her sacrifice be in vain and Yes! We'll keep the flame burning.
