Take a jump ring in the same thickness or gauge as the border you want, put the pen tip inside the ring and run it around the edge of the bezel wall as you draw the line. It really is as easy as it looks. The jump ring I’ve got here is 10mm across and 1mm thick, but for smaller bezels you can just use a smaller ring.
