Here is how I make it, and adjust the ingredients based on how much steak you're cooking.3 lbs steak - any cut will work. Tri-tip is our favorite! 4 TBS olive oil 2 TBS Soy sauce (I use organic from sprouts!)2 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper 2tsp minced garlic Coat it all evenly and refrigerate for 2-4 hours (I put it in a gallon ziplock!) Put it in the air fryer on 400 for 7-12 minutes. I usually do 9 and it comes out perfect!
